We have a mobile vending unit with a large smoker on board. In addition, we have our own commissary kitchen for quality control of all our products. Not only can we smoke meats and poultry, we can offer an endless variety or delicious and unique foods at reasonable prices. We specialize in Hawaiian foods, but can create any menu and pricing that is extremely reasonable, around any theme the couple creates.
